Philip Müller is a research scientist at the Institute for AI and Informatics in Medicine, Technical University of Munich (TUM). He received his PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) in computer science from TUM in 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Daniel Rueckert. His doctoral research focused on vision-language modeling and localization for medical imaging. As a postdoctoral researcher, his work centers on representation learning and multimodal deep learning, including multimodal fusion and alignment as well as vision-language modeling, with a particular focus on cardiovascular medicine.
